I'm Using kate 4:18.08.0-1 on Debian Sid and hit a similar problem. For some
days, kate opens a new window for each document opened from the command line.
Before that, it opens them as tab, which is the desired behavior.
Is that a regression or is there a new configuration option? Thanks!
