Would you be able to add the reply-to address to your address book by switching
header styles?
For example, with KMail 5.7.3, I did this:
- Choose menu item Settings → Configure KMail...
- In the Plugins section, in Header Style Plugins, enable all of the header
styles.
- Close and re-open KMail.
- Choose menu item View → Headers → Long Headers.
The message's Reply-to header is now visible, and I can right-click it to add
it to an address book.
