SUMMARY
This is not specific to this version. It's a very old bug.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use any tool.
2. Hover the cursor over the canvas and click the spacebar to activate pan tool
immediately.
OBSERVED RESULT
It doesn't activate for 1~2 seconds. I need to click again after that delay.
EXPECTED RESULT
Should be able to use it immediately
