I have Intel hardware (Kabylake) and get the same black screen. The cursor is
visible but I can't see windows. If I press ctrl+alt+delete and enter, I can
log out, so the session seems to be working but nothing is visible.
I have an external display hooked up to my laptop through hdmi. I'm attaching
my wayland-session.log.
