I've been facing this bug since a long time ago, so I decided to report it here
too. I'm currently using Manjaro KDE 18, but I experience the same bug using
KDE Neon and Arch Linux with Plasma desktop. I managed to reproduce it by
enabling "Double click" in Workspace settings instead of single clicking. I can
reproduce it with this way on both distribution.
