I want to note that in photoshop we get exactly what is expected: all the
pixels are preserved and no other additional pixels slips in.

_And that's the most important point and I can't stress that enough._

The current merging with filter layers of krita is creating new pixels and that
is not expected and cannot be expected unless explicitly stated by the user. If
I previously altered only color of the pixels why should I have pixels from
other layers merged in that I didn't explicitly selected in the first place?
