SUMMARY
I run kde in a virtualbox session with two 'virtual' monitors each in a window.
 When running with the second monitor disabled, resizing the first  monitor
causes the second monitor to re-enable itself.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. run kde in virtualbox with two monitors
2. disable monitor #2
3. resize monitor #1

OBSERVED RESULT
second monitor re-enables itself

EXPECTED RESULT
second monitor to remain disabled.
