This is deliberate, because right now, the only place that thumbnails are
stored are outside of the encrypted container in ~/.cache/thumbnails, which
represents a security leak that could compromise the reason why you're using an
encrypted behavior in the first place.
We can turn this back on once the thumbnails for files in an encrypted
container are stored in the container itself.
