Hmm, I don't think that's a bug caused by kwin given what you wrote above. Most
likely, something goes wrong when kwin calls these two functions
glXReleaseTexImageEXT
glXBindTexImageEXT
Please post output of qdbus org.kde.KWin /KWin supportInformation one more
time, but only when compositing is on. It doesn't matter whether windows are
frozen.
