I can confirm this issue.
Moreover, it seems that there are additional changes to the misinterpreted
text, e.g. "bankovnictví" first becomes "bankovnictvÃ" and
"bankovnictvÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂ" after a couple of restarts.
