SUMMARY
I've noticed application will stop responding for 3 to 5 seconds, long enough
to really be annoying and distracting.
Af first this happened when using Firefox, but later the same thing happen when
using Dolphin.
Basically the application will just hang and become unresponsive.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Too randomly to reproduce, it just happens.

Linux/KDE Plasma: Kubuntu 19.04
KDE Plasma Version: 5.15.4
