SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right click on desktop icon
2. Click somewhere else
3. Additional element shows in popup - purge(item for shift+del, i'm not on
english kde
4. Issue work only if popup shown near mouse/icon and is correct popup, without
decorations. If popup with decoration or shown in incorrect place, it will hide
fine.
5. Click on "properties" item(last in popup), popup will disappear, properties
window won't shown

Popup didn't hide
