I have a very similar problem and think it is the same bug - so I want to
confirm and comment here:
SUMMARY
unable to change vpn user passwords from "Connections - System Settings Module"
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create openVPN with "Connection Type" "Password" and save all credentials
with "Store password for this user only (encrypted)"
2. Change Password
3. Apply changes
OBSERVED RESULT
Password in kwallet is not changed
EXPECTED RESULT
Password in kwallet is changed accordingly
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
KDE neon 5.16 user edition
KDE Frameworks 5.61.0
Qt 5.12.3 (built against 5.12.3)
