Testing Neon, the first and 2nd "back to back" Alt-tab work but subsequent
alt-tabs are delayed. The Large Icon task switcher fails to appear after the
2nd or 3rd atl-tab. The alt-tab'ing is hit and miss and is mostly useless
after multiple Alt-tabs and the Large Icon task switcher eventually dies
completely.
