Allow to change notification font size and color in configuration file.

Another example: when I unpack zip file. Text is small and in default color
with notification: “unpacking files” and after that “unpacking files finished”.
I want to change font size and color of both this texts.
There is old thread on KDE forum but it refers to old notifications version
