SUMMARY
Opening a krita files (.kra) from windows explorer results in opening a new
instance of krita rather than a new tab. Even though after reactivating "Allow
only one instance of krita" in the configuration, it always launches a new
krita window.
Observed this bug after upgrading from 4.2.3 to 4.2.5
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open a .kra file normally
2. open another .kra file directly from windows explorer
OBSERVED RESULT
A new window/instance of krita is opened
EXPECTED RESULT
Opened the file in a new tab instead
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: Windows 10 v.1903 (May 2019 update)
Qt Version: 5.12.4
