Thank you for reporting.
Form 19.08 onwards a track has to be active that edit operations can be
performed (click on V1/A1 to make it yellow/active). The advantage of this
concept is that you can decide if the video and audio or only the video/audio
gets extracted/lifted, depends which track is active.
