This is due to the KImageFormat packet. it contains a broken ImageMagick Loader that generates this tmp data. As a workaround, remove this KImageFormat package and report it to Arch. OpenSuSE also added this ImageMagick loader to the KImageFormat package for a short time, but quickly removed it. It was an attempt to load XCF files.
