Ok, that's the affected version. And KMines uses KRandomSequence (from
KCoreAddons) to generate the mine positions.
The issue has been fixed last week and packagers have been notified to ship
updates as soon as possible.
In Fedora, the package kf5-kcoreaddons-5.21.0-4 contains the fix. It should
land soon.
