SUMMARY
When your display is set to non-integer scaling values, horizontal lines appear
in the editing window.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Displays -> Scale -> Scale Factor: non-integer (1.1, 1.3, 1.5 ...)
2. Restart
3. Open KDevelop, type stuff, select text, scroll..
OBSERVED RESULT
Horizontal lines
EXPECTED RESULT
No like like you see with Sale=1
