Response from PackageKit, closing bug:
If you have NetworkManager installed, we expect it to be configured and
working. I think PK is doing exactly what it should do here, sorry.
In my view, NM is installed, configured and working correctly - unmanaged
interfaces are within normal behaviour for NM. Anyone else?
