Could you also
* check whether you have enough freespace in the tmp folder
* check whether the latest nightly build fixes this issue for you
(https://binary-factory.kde.org/job/Krita_Nightly_Windows_Build/) -- because I
wonder if it is related to https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=411081 , since
that has the same backtrace.
