say that there should be a "Manage Project Profiles" option under the
"Settings" menu, but there isn't.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the Settings menu.
OBSERVED RESULT
There is no "Manage Project Profiles" item.
EXPECTED RESULT
There should be a "Manage Project Profiles" item.
