For Windows target, digiKam is cross compiled under Linux with MXE, and HEIC
images are loaded through ImageMagick, but unfortunately, the ImageMagick
version compiled with MXE is an older one 6.x which do not support HEIC.
Version 7.x support HEIC without problem. 

So i open a file in MXE bugzilla to support new ImageMagick :

Please post a comment in this file to ask an ImageMagick package update in MXE
project.
