Which Hugin version do you use ?
Please install DebugView from Microsoft and take a debug trace of Panorama tool
during processing files.
Can you take a look to DrMinGW backtrace to see where the dysfunction appear ?
Can you share images to process to try to reproduce the dysfunction here ?
