I would recommend reading https://community.kde.org/Get_Involved/Issue_Reporting to ensure that your interactions here in Bugzilla are smooth and optimized for getting problems resolved. And please do file a second bug for the duplicate shortcut issue. The reason why each problem needs its own bug report is so we can track them separately in the (likely) event that each problem requires a different code change to fix.
