SUMMARY
Maybe I goofed things up when I tried to rename a Konqueror icon on the start
menu? The error occurred in Q4OS Plasma. I right-clicked Konqueror in start
menu and selected 'Edit Application'. I selected the 'Application' tab and
renamed 'Konqueror' to 'Internet'. Konqueror's name did not change in the start
menu, but I noticed the error at a later time when I opened Konqueror.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Not sure if I messed up Konqueror, when I renamed it back to Konqueror and
rebooted, the error number changed to 159988080, so I'm sure I messed the poor
browser up! I will try to safely reinstall Konqueror to fix the error, but I
did find an edit applications option by right-clicking on the start menu, which
opened the KDE Menu Editor. Hopefully I won't jam up any more applications if I
change any names there!
