Kubuntu 16.04, Dolphin 15.12.3, Linux (x86_64) release 4.4.0-21-generic.
There is no way to pick a file, but the workaround
https://forum.kde.org/viewtopic.php?f=224&t=132415&p=355420#p355420 works: to
copy the filepath, but this is against the whole point of using this way to
create a symlink.
