I also confirm this. Even on a PCIe SSD (on which apps seem to start much
faster than on SATA), Dolphin occasionally takes around 3 seconds to launch. On
SATA, it occasionally took up to 10 seconds. This was always random; usually,
it launched fairly instantly.
