When installing digiKam on KDE Neon, there are no thumbnails and no previews
for videos available.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install digiKam on KDE Neon (Current repo version at report: 6.1.0)
2. View a video
3. Be confused
OBSERVED RESULT
No thumbnails & no previews on double-click
EXPECTED RESULT
Thumbnails & Previews work

The Digikam devs have stated that this is due to how the package is compiled by
the maintainers of KDE Neon.
