--- Comment #2 from Francis Herne <m...@flherne.uk> --- To be clear, do projects using other manager plugins work as expected? --- The initial packaging of 5.4 in Neon had a problem with the Clang dependencies which prevented kdev-clang from working at all; that should hopefully have been fixed a few hours ago, so please try updating again and see if it works.
