SUMMARY
Hide a layer + Save doesn't actually save the changes applied to the layer
visibility (if only this operation is done).
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a document, draw something, save document & check document thumbnail
in Windows Explorer.
2. Hide a layer, save document & check document thumbnail in Windows Explorer.
3. Document thumbnail is not updated & document hasn't been saved.
EXPECTED RESULT
Hide a layer + Save should apply modification on the saved document.
