Bug ID: 410640 Summary: Updating work directory after agreeing to save previous project confuses Product: kdenlive Version: 18.08.3 Platform: Ubuntu Packages OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: wishlist Priority: NOR Component: User Interface Assignee: j...@kdenlive.org Reporter: nikolay.kapy...@gmail.com Target Milestone: --- SUMMARY While consecutively opening and modifying multiple projects in different folders, I'd like, when I click "Open project", for the Open dialog to show the last opened file's folder. When the action of opening is followed by a "the project has been changed, do you want to save" dialog, the lookup folder for the next opened file will be that of the previously saved project file, not the last opened project file. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Open kdenlive project A1 from folder AAA 2. Make some changes 3. Open kdenlive project B1 from folder BBB 4. Click "Yes" to "the project has been changed, do you want to save" dialog 5. Click open to fetch the next project file, B2 supposedly in the folder BBB OBSERVED RESULT The work directory is now AAA EXPECTED RESULT The open directory should be BBB, matching the one where the last opened file is SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Windows: macOS: Linux/KDE Plasma: (available in About System) KDE Plasma Version: KDE Frameworks Version: Qt Version: ADDITIONAL INFORMATION I am running 18.08.03 from Appimage -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
