I had the same thing at first in the latest Kde Neon, then I noticed it's there
also if you boot from the live media. Finally the same thing happened in a
fresh install of Manjaro Kde. This can be solved by unmuting from a pkg called
pavucontrol. I wonder if there is some terminal command to unmute without
having to install anything. Anyway, pavucontrol can be removed once you unmute.
I hope it will be fixed because it's very annoying and may take a long time to
troubleshoot for the end user.
