OBSERVED RESULT
Rotating or zooming with my MacBook Pro touch board is extremely laggy and
delayed and doesn't work really well which is the reason why I cannot draw
because it is loading the whole time for the canvas to move which is
restricting.
EXPECTED RESULT
normal zooming and rotating with the touch board

macOS: 10.14.5
