Boudewijn Rempt <b...@valdyas.org> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Status|REPORTED |RESOLVED Resolution|--- |UPSTREAM --- Comment #11 from Boudewijn Rempt <b...@valdyas.org> --- "Hello, I think my problem is solved. I set my Display Rendering mode to "Software Renderer (Very Slow)" and it seems to no longer be crashing. If it starts crashing again, I'll let you know. Thanks for your help! :-)" That proves that the Windows 7 display driver for your system is buggy. Have you checked whether there's an update available for it? "FYI, I've done a complete computer scan for viruses with Kaspersky Total Security and a Malware scan with Malwarebytes (free) and neither scan found any problems." You really should update to a modern version of Windows that comes with Windows Defender and ditch these know bad virus scanners. See https://robert.ocallahan.org/2017/01/disable-your-antivirus-software-except.html for why. I'm closing this report since it's clear it's a bug in the display driver, not in Krita. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
