Taskbar with two active applications at the same time
SUMMARY
Applications in task bar have two levels of gray as background, I understand
that the clearer is for active window.
However, this is not the case, and I can get more than one application
displayed with clear background in the taskbar. Or clearer application which is
not the active one.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Configuration the task bar without tooltips.
