I've added a screenshot of the issue and another one showing that if you right
click on the border of the sticky note it shows a menu in the correct language.
When you right click on the textbox of the sticky, the menu that opens is in
english, but my system is in portuguese. For consistency sake, I think it
should be changed to the same language as the OS.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have a sticky note on the desktop.
2. Right click on the textbox.
OBSERVED RESULT
Menu in english shows up.
EXPECTED RESULT
Menu in the same language as the rest of the OS.

Linux: Opensuse TW
KDE Plasma Version: 5.16.3
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.60.0

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION.
