SUMMARY
The list of available toolbar actions/items contains a ‘phantom action’, i.e. a
nameless and iconless action.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to ‘Settings → Configure Toolbars’.
2. Look at the second item (the one below ‘--- seperator ---’ and above ‘About
KDE’ in the ‘Available actions’ list).
OBSERVED RESULT
The item in step 2 has no name, no tooltip and no icon. But it’s still possible
to add it the list of ‘Current actions’.
EXPECTED RESULT
All items should have at least a name.
