I'm marking this as a duplicate of Bug 403124, which has been fixed for the KDE
Applications 19.08 release. If after you have updated to version 19.08 the bug
persists, please reopen the bug.
In the meantime, before you upgrade to 19.08, you can try to fix the problem by
following the steps in Comment #22.
