STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open PSD file
2. Scale Image to New Size
3. Click "Save" and it crashes
OBSERVED RESULT
Crashes to the Desktop, without saving the change
EXPECTED RESULT
To save the PSD file in the new size specified
