SUMMARY
provide an option to keep "search & replace"'s panel in the bottom/down of app
even if the "search & replace"'s plugin take place in lateral bar left/right.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. put "search & replace" in lateral bar right or left
2. click on it and note positioning to the panel
3. put "search & replace" in lateral bar up or down
4. click on it and note positioning to the panel
OBSERVED RESULT
when the panel is positioning on the right/left side, it take to much space
on the screen. if resize it less so dialog search are thin/short. the "search
& replace"'s panel appear where the "search & replace"'s icon is.
EXPECTED RESULT
get an option to force the "search & replace"'s panel stay in the up/down side
even if "search & replace"'s icon is on right/left side. for a good space
optimization on laptop screen.
