--- Comment #7 from IWBR <iwannaber...@gmail.com> --- If you look closely, all the tags that appear on the list either contain the string "cuba" or are subtags of the tag "Cuba" (which is at the top, but disappears before you can see it). I don't think there is any problem with the filter.
