If the correct way is in some other arbitrary undefined way (which you keep referring to), it should be CLEARLY documented because the implementation of how the configuration is handled is obviously not done in the correct way now, from a users or administrators perspective. If it had been done correctly I wouldn't have spent 40+ hours trying to solve something which should only be ONE line in a configuration file. Instead I'm now trying to write some Javascript in accordance to whatever information is available (https://userbase.kde.org/KDE_System_Administration/PlasmaDesktopScripting) and it still doesn't work, which again leads me to the conclusion that the way it is handled is absolutely the wrong way of doing it. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
