Okay, I'm home now, so I could test with my own surface pro 3. I wiped it
clean, installed all Windows updates and then Krita. I had to switch manually
to Windows Ink in Krita's settigns, but after that, everything worked. This
means that there's something wrong with your surface, either the state of its
drivers, windows updates or something broke in Krita's settings. Ivan has
already mentioned how to reset the configuration.
