kwin 5.15.4 (x11)
Steps to reproduce (a bit silly):
1. Download Dos Navigator 1.51 Freeware Release for MS-DOS
from https://www.ritlabs.com/en/products/dn/
(you can also try a different DOS program)
2. Unzip it into a NEW directory
3. Run "dosbox DN.COM"
4. Click inside Dosbox window to grab mouse
(press Ctrl+F10 to release grab)
5. Press Alt+X, type "exit" to quit DN and Dosbox
6. Now the Meta (Win) key assigned to Plasma Application Launcher does not work
Workaround: "kwin --replace" command fixes the problem.
