I installed plasma 5.16.3 on fedora 30 using copr mkyral:plasma-unstable
Go to systemsettings, open 'account details'. The headline of 'kde wallet'
reads 'KDE wallet configuration\n'You will be asked to authenticate before
saving'
Leave the dialog by clicking on '< all settings' button, and open another
option, i think i chose 'regional settings'.
There, the headline of 'kde wallet' as indicated above is still visible - which
is obviously not the correct headline for this topic...
