It's actually crashing in Exiv2::PngImage::readMetadata(). Looks like this is
already tracked upstream with https://github.com/Exiv2/exiv2/issues/953.
I'm sure the Exiv2 folks would really appreciate if you attached the file in
question to https://github.com/Exiv2/exiv2/issues/953. Thanks!
