No config was altered on either the devices their drivers or within Krita. But this behaviour exists on any pointer device used to drag and drop layers in a new order. (mouses, both wireless and wired as well) The behaviour is also limited to that docker and the aforementioned settings. I've gone into other programs that use layers (Illustrator and Photoshop) they behave as intended. Left click and hold drags a layer, letting go drops it to desired location. I've noticed that the action does work with the RIGHT click.
