SUMMARY
When zooming with a tablet and Shift+Space+drag the canvas seem to freeze for
fractions of a second. Therefore the action doesn't look smooth. It does not
depend to the performance of the system or FPS settings.
Please see the attached file that compares Zoom (lagging) and Pan (smooth)
actions.
